Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

Salary: Up to £17.50 per hour (DOE)

Software: SOE (Exact)

Practice Type: Specialist, 2-surgery practice

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting patients on arrival
  • Managing appointments and diaries
  • Processing payments and handling patient records
  • Liaising with clinicians and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a dental practice
  • Knowledge of dental software (SOE/Exact preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong organisational skills and a friendly, professional manner
