At Tempdent, this spirit of connection runs through everything we do. From large corporate dental practices in bustling cities to smaller, independent clinics dotted throughout the UK, we partner with thousands of employers and learners to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training and recruitment support wherever it’s needed.
Bridging gaps and building futures
In 2025, our reach has been truly nationwide. By connecting employers with learners and job candidates from every region, we’ve helped bridge geographical divides and ensure consistent standards across the dental profession. This year alone, we’ve achieved:
- 378 new employer clients
- 12,161 total Locum shifts attended
- 9,408 Locum Dental Nurse bookings
- 2,753 Locum Hygienist bookings
- 2,000+ learners supported
These numbers represent the thousands of individuals gaining skills, practices finding reliable support, and communities benefiting from better dental care.

In the past year, 14.7% of our learners have come from minority ethnic groups, reinforcing our commitment to equity and inclusion.
