Financial incentives

Hiring an apprentice aged 16 -18 qualifies your practice for a £1,000 government incentive. Apprentices aged 16 - 21 are government-funded, so you pay no training costs. You’ll also save approximately 15% on National Insurance for apprentices under 25 and reduce pension contributions by 3%. Combined, these savings can cut staffing costs by up to 18%.
